Mission Statement of CAI, INC

a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization

"CAI, INC seeks to catalyze a process to improve the quality and quantity of educational outcomes, employment, and well-being of persons living in underserved neighborhoods.

At the same time, CAI, INC seeks to change the relationship between economically challenged neighborhoods and the systems outside their boundaries by drawing on external sources of knowledge, resources and collaborations."

What We Do

CAI, INC draws on best practices from a wide landscape of disciplines and shares this expertise with others committed to establishing sustainable, high quality of life for all.

We do this by

• Collaborating with national organizations and stakeholders concerned with developing communities
• Offering capacity building strategies for community based organizations in underserved areas
• Providing start-up assistance to non-profit organizations through program development and grant proposal writing
• Acting as an independent 3rd party reviewer for grant proposals, to federal, state and specified grant standards
• Coming soon:  Grant writing reviewing and writing certifications!
